What it does
For a local business, the Google Business Profile often brings more calls than the website. This skill checks the profile's categories, services, photos, reviews and posts, then compares them with the competitors that rank above you on the map. It shows exactly where the gap is, for example a bakery missing a key category or a clinic with no recent reviews. You get the changes in order of how much they should help.
